You can return all (undamaged and unused) items purchased at a Breathtaking Steel store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In addition, all items purchased on https://breathtaking-steel.com can be returned at a physical location if you are located around Saint Louis MO area.

Gift recipients can return a gift with a proof a purchase from the https://breathtaking-steel.com.

To Return an Item:

Gather your items and the original product packaging.

To return by mail, locate your receipt (email or paper), which includes your order number and original box product came in and contact me by email and phone.  I will create a shipping label and email it to you.  Once I have the returned product, I will make a refund within 4-5 business days.

Likewise, if you are located around Saint Louis MO you can email and call me to set a meeting and drop the product off in person.
